The Y offers NYS-licensed Summer Enrichment Programs at the Hornell YMCA and Whitesville Central School, designed to support children’s personal, physical, and emotional growth. Programs serve kindergarten through 12-year-olds, with a nutritious daily snack provided, and free lunch through the Hornell City School District for the 8-week Hornell program.
Our experienced staff guide children through outdoor activities, swimming, sports, arts & crafts, games, STEM projects, field trips, and weekly adventures. Each week has a fun theme that encourages leadership, teamwork, critical thinking, and friendship-building.
Participants enjoy opportunities to connect with peers from diverse backgrounds, build self-confidence and independence, and learn the YMCA’s core values of Caring, Honesty, Respect, and Responsibility.
