Active Life

Active Life is a senior fitness class focused on building strength, balance, and endurance. Tuesdays target total-body strength with weights, while Fridays boost cardio and core with mostly standing movements and chair options available.

Beginner Balance

A chair-based exercise class designed to improve strength, flexibility, balance, reflexes, and focus through progressive challenges that boost confidence and promote safe movement.

Body Blast

Body Blast is a high-energy, full-body workout that fires up your strength, balance, and core with powerful, dynamic moves and weight training. Get ready to challenge yourself, boost your body awareness, improve your posture, and leave feeling strong and unstoppable!

Centered Strength

Join us for a mindful movement experience combining breathwork, intentional motion, and focused strength to build awareness, calm the mind, and reconnect you to your inner resilience.

Chair Yoga

Chair yoga offers a gentle, accessible practice for all levels—no experience needed. Enjoy improved balance, strength, flexibility, and stress relief without getting on the floor.

Cycle Yoga

This half-cycle ride, half-yoga flow class will give you the perfect balance of cardio, flexibility, and strength. With the cycling portion first, you can be assured that your muscles are warmed up and ready to find your depth during the yoga session.

Élevé

Élevé is a dynamic blend of Pilates, Lagree, and Barre that lengthens, sculpts, and energizes your body—building strength, balance, and grace while leaving you feeling taller, stronger, and more centered.

Fri-Yay! Pilates

End your week on a high note! This beginner-friendly, feel-good mat-based Pilates class blends lighthearted energy with full-body strengthening and stretch work. Expect upbeat music, simple moves, and plenty of smiles as we flow into the weekend. Perfect for shaking off the week and boosting your Friday mood!

Kettlebell AMPD

Kettlebell AMPD is a fun, 30-minute group fitness class combining upbeat music with kettlebell exercises to boost strength, burn calories, and improve endurance. Suitable for all levels, each session targets every major muscle group with creative, choreographed moves to keep you motivated.

Line Dancing

Returns this fall: Line dancing—a fun, energetic way to boost heart health, coordination, balance, and mental sharpness—all to great music in a welcoming atmosphere.

Lunch Bunch

If you are into running/walking on your lunch break this opportunity is for you. This is a group-led invitation, to provide runners and walkers alike to make connections with fellow peers and work together towards fitness goals.

P90X Live

A results-driven strength class using body weight, dumbbells, and kettlebells to build total-body strength, balance, and confidence. With three focus blocks — lower body, upper body, and core — plus easy modifications, this class is designed for all fitness levels.

Pulse Ride

Get in, get sweaty, and get back to your day—energized! This 30-minute indoor cycle class packs quick intervals, climbs, and sprints to burn calories and boost focus. No experience needed—just show up and ride!

Rhythm Step

Rhythm Step is a fun, high-energy workout that blends classic step aerobics with modern moves and upbeat music. Burn calories, boost coordination, and build lower body strength with adjustable steps. Perfect for all levels — step, sweat, and get stronger!

Rise & Grind

Kickstart your morning with Rise & Grind, a 60-minute power hour combining heart-pumping spin and full-body strength training to boost energy, build confidence, and leave you unstoppable. All fitness levels welcome!

Rock Steady Boxing

This program uses the mechanics of boxing for those with Parkinson’s by focusing on the PD symptoms including, balance, stiffness, tremors, coordination, and soft voice syndrome. This is accomplished through non-contact boxing, punching a heavy bag, doing footwork, and stretching.

SilverSneakers Classic

SilverSneakers Classic is a beginner-friendly, low-impact strength class for seniors that improves muscle strength, range of motion, and fitness, with seated or standing options and equipment like weights, tubing, and a soft ball.

SilverSneakers Stability

Silver Sneakers Stability helps active older adults improve balance, strength, and coordination through gentle, controlled movements, building core stability and confidence to stay active and prevent falls.

Stomp 'N' Boots

Step onto the dance floor and join the fun as we learn lively line dance choreography to upbeat music—perfect for beginners and experienced dancers alike. Grab your boots, move your feet, and lift your spirits—5, 6, 7, 8!

Tai Chi

Discover strength, flexibility, balance, and body awareness, while boosting concentration, and reducing both stress and anxiety. This class can be done standing or seated.

Yoga

Start your day with this 45‑minute gentle vinyasa yoga class for all levels. Move mindfully through slow, deep stretches with a focus on alignment, breath, and awareness — leaving you centered and ready for the day.

Zumba®

Zumba® is a high-energy dance fitness class combining Latin and international rhythms for a fun, total-body workout that boosts cardio, tones muscles, and leaves you energized—no dance experience needed, just come ready to move and groove!

Zumba® Gold

Great for active older adults looking for a modified Zumba® class at a lower intensity that introduces easy-to-follow choreography with a focus on balance, range of motion, and coordination. Get fit, stay fit, and burn calories while having fun at the best exercise class ever!

Zumba® Gold Toning

Designed for active older adults, this class combines the fun of Zumba® at a slower pace with light weights or toning sticks for a full-body workout. Build muscle, move to the music, and leave feeling strong and energized!
